They partner our business leaders to make sure we’re getting the most from our people management strategies, policies, processes and systems. The HR team focuses on delivering an agenda for developing solutions, delivering best practice and growing competence in the key people management areas of reward and recognition, talent, learning and development, and resourcing.
As a HR graduate, you’ll get to choose which of our centres of excellence you join. And while you’ll concentrate on your chosen area, you’ll also make a significant impact on our HR Shared Services function, as well as gaining experience in an HR Business Partner role. Expect plenty of projects and initiatives for you to get involved in – and expect your contribution to create real change and drive our future success.
